• 【SIMPLE INSTALLATION】The spout disc seal is very easy and simple to install. Before implementation, remember to polish the spout pipe with sand paper, so that the water blocking disc can be applied. We designed the disc in two halfs to help you install it easily. Before connecting them, apply the culk on the back side of the half disc, then attach them together and push them to the wall. After this, slip on the O-ring, and wait for the culk to dry, then install the spout. Done!
• 【STRICT TEST】Will this spout rear seal disc effectively block the water and protect the wall? We performed our test with high pressure water. Under such high pressure and force for 20 mins, the bath wall protection disc blocked all the water out and there's no water went through the block. With this confident testing result, we believe our product will be able to perform the job for decades. This will protect the bathroom wall and keep it away from water.
• 【1/2" PIPE ONLY】This spout back seal discs are only designed for 1/2" spout pipe only, if your spout pipe is not this size, kindly do not order it. Also, this disc is in round shape, so of your spout end is in square shape, kindly do not order it. The OD of the disc is 60mm, if your spout is larger than this, then it might be applicable, but if it's smaller, we don't advise you order the spout end seal. We will keep upgrading our product and bring more sizes available.
