• 8, PREP SURFACE, DISPENSE EVENLY & MIX 1:1 — Remove oil, rust, paint, dust, moisture, and loose material. Roughen smooth metal for stronger mechanical grip. Dispense a small test amount until both parts flow evenly, then mix Part A and Part B at a true 1:1 ratio until fully uniform.
• 9, CLAMP, REINFORCE & LET IT FULLY CURE — Align and clamp before cure. For stress points or load-bearing rigid repairs, reinforce with a metal patch, mesh, clamp, or bracket when needed. Wait 24 hours before loading, drilling, sanding, painting, or stress-testing.
• 10, FOR RIGID MATERIALS ONLY — Not for PE, PP, PTFE, silicone, rubber-like materials, soft plastics, flexible joints, moving parts, bending or torsion-loaded surfaces, fuel lines, brake systems, exhaust manifolds, internal engine cracks, or pressure-critical repairs.
